And this is a RARE appearance of WITCH HAZEL, the classic and beloved Looney Tunes character! Even BETTER – the cel is completely painted, so the background is part of the cel!

Since we have this directly from Clampett Studios Warner Brothers, it includes the studio seal and COA.
